Artist Statement     I am a dedicated plein air painter.   I feel most at ease and vibrant in the great outdoors. In my paintings I try to convey my love for nature and all creation.  My approach as an artist is simple: to maintain the integrity of the drawing, and paint in a way that is painterly. I also seek to capture some of the many moods found in nature‘s landscape.
