Artist Statement     Acadia National Park has been the source of inspiration for many a painting. There are, simply put, paintings everywhere. There is always the intent of the painting to consider, a story to tell. The conflict of majestic rock formations along its coastal edge and the rhythms of the sea, bashing into it, just have to be painted. This painting of Acadia was a joy to create, and exhibit. It has been accepted into three National Exhibitions.
